Food Service Training and Certificate

Location: Scally’s Irish Ale House

The Restaurant Association will be sponsoring Food Serve Safe course to be held on June 17, 2024 Scally’s 8:30am Rt 28 W Yarmouth. The Association will be paying for the course instructor and host the class. The individuals will pay for the materials You order the classroom materials and register through Kim Concra 508-237-6616 or Phil at the Yarmouth Health Department. 508-398-2231 ext.1241. Class will only hold 35 people. After we reach that, we have to close the registration. Thomas Murphy has asked that all Members who have employees who need to take this class register their names with him in writing before June 5. so that the room can be set up. Alcohol Awareness Seminar

Location: Scally’s Irish Ale House

This seminar will take place in June 24, 2024 at 8:30 am at Scally’s Restaurant Rt 28 West Yarmouth. This is an excellent way to inform all of your employees the Massachusetts laws when it comes to serving alcohol. You are required to have you employees schooled on this each year. Let the pros do the teaching!
